Beaver Magazine Open Submissions

Submissions must be made through Submittable, include a title and cover letter with a brief third-person bio, and adhere to the magazine’s format guidelines. Published work retains First North American Serial Rights, with all other rights reverting to the author.

CCA Islands Travel Scholarship 2026 – 2027

The COAL Prize 2026

Anna Laudel Open Call

Anna Laudel Gallery invites independent artists based in Türkiye to submit original work for a curated group exhibition highlighting new perspectives in contemporary art and encouraging dialogue with emerging practices. Open to artists not currently represented by a gallery, the call accepts submissions across disciplines including painting, sculpture, photography, video, installation and new media, provided the works have not been previously exhibited. Open Call: ReA! Art Fair 2026

ReA! Art Fair is now accepting submissions for its 6th edition (22–25 October 2026) at Fabbrica del Vapore, Milan, offering emerging visual artists worldwide the chance to exhibit in a curated, artist-focused format. Applicants can work in any medium - painting, drawing, photography, video, performance, sculpture, mixed media, digital art, or street art - and apply individually. Fifty selected artists will show their work without gallery mediation, retain 100% of sales, and gain international visibility, networking opportunities, and access to collectors and art professionals. Partner awards, including residencies and monetary prizes, may also be offered. Entry fee is €55.

Error 406 [Netstalgia] Not Acceptable

Joan Day Painting Bursary

Fall into Focus - Residency program in Finland, Fall 2026

The Fall into Focus residency at Arteles Creative Center, Finland, runs for one month (29 days) in October and November 2026, offering artists, writers, researchers, and designers the space to fully concentrate on their creative projects. Residents receive a private bedroom, access to Nordic nature, traditional Finnish sauna, and optional daily meditation sessions, with all group activities being voluntary. Commission Opportunity: The Story of George Shaw in Birmingham

Open Call for digital artists “RestArt Reality”

Fundación Botín Art Grants 2026/2027

Six international grants are available to support artistic research, training, or production projects, with selected artists presenting outcomes in the Itinerarios exhibition and catalogue. Artists of any nationality may apply, with one grant prioritizing a Spanish artist or long-term resident under 30 planning a project abroad. Each grant provides €23,000 to fund the development of individual projects.

SDWS 46th International Exhibition

Open to artists aged 18+, this competition accepts paintings in water-based media - watercolor, acrylic, gouache, casein, or tempera - on paper, paperboard, wrapped canvas, or cradled wood panels. A total of $30,000 in cash and merchandise is anticipated, judged by Ana Laura Salazar. Entry fees are $45 for members and $55 for non-members.

Well Hung Painting Prize

The Well Hung Painting Prize, in partnership with Great Art, invites UK-based artists of all experience levels to submit painting works for consideration in a summer exhibition at a Hoxton Street gallery space. The Cass Art Prize 2026

The Cass Art Prize 2026 celebrates contemporary 2D and 3D artworks from the UK, Ireland, Isle of Man, and Channel Islands, offering a £10,000 main prize plus over £20,000 in additional awards including Students and Art Educators prizes. Artists 18+ can submit up to four original works made after 1 March 2023 (excluding photography, video, sound, performance, NFTs, fully digital or AI work). Collaboration and Innovation Grant

Artes Mundi 12 Exhibition and Prize
